Irfaan Coowar, the son of nephew Ismael Coowar, has been extremely supportive of my father since his operation in July 2024. This is Irfaan's final visit, and he was extremely fortunate because he was the last person, other from his children, to have a 'regular' conversation with him at Artemis Hospital on Wednesday 4 December 2024 - my dad shared his story with the Coowars in Balfour on that day! Unfortunately, the next day brought a different narrative.
